The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.
