They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
