I have been her patient for many years and have always found her helpful and considerate. She is able to listen and decipher whatever the issue I'm trying to describe. Then find a solution that works.

Since advertising on the radio Dr Mercado is too busy to help her patients-money and number of patients is more important to her than the quality of her care for patients. Expect 3 days for a call back, expect to be pawned off to other doctors because she is too busy, one thing I didn't expect is to be lied to by her and she did a procedure on me that I didn't expect and I'm sure people heard my screaming down the hall. Run-don't walk to a different doctor! I am appalled after so many years of coming to her practice that I received such traumatic service. Shame on you!!! You need to re check your priorities as a doctor!
