Rude office staff and frivolous billing. AVOID this practice!!

**Warning If you want your privacy don't go here, Dr. Allen brings in random office staff to "Act" like medical assistants which Im certain do not have the proper qualifications. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered which I did am am going to another physician.
