Dr Chou is very thorough, compassionate and professional. She takes time to listen and then to discuss options. She can seem opinionated, but then, that is what we go to her for isn't it - her professional opinion? She follows up and is eager to work as a health care partner.
Office staff is another matter and can affect one's overall experience with this provider. I often find myself miffed by the long wait and my blood pressure sometimes shows this. I am not certain that the wait time is the result of inefficient scheduling by the front office, or by Dr. Chou running over due to her (in my experience) thoroughness with her patients. In any case, I find the quality of care I get from her worth the inconvenience and often times brusque behaviour of the office personnel. Very happy with her.
