Their new office has very little privacy when I visited. I felt like I was in a fishbowl where anyone in the building that walked by could see that I was visiting my obgyn. I'm not sure if they have purchased and hung up curtains or blinds yet - but hopefully they do soon. I also felt like the receptionists were condescending to me considering I am a young adult, and did not offer polite assistance in the way that they should to women of ANY age. They seemed to have "lost" my information even though I had been a patient before. They did not take into consideration that they violate HIPAA when they ask me why I am visiting when I am sitting across the entire waiting room, allowing everyone to hear my personal and private medical information. After my appointment, I had to carry out birth control for everyone to see - they did not provide any sort of package or bag to ensure my privacy until I asked at the front desk and they had to shuffle things around to find one (of course making it seem like it is not part of their job to provide a bag to ensure my privacy). I would much rather go to a Planned Parenthood facility where they are much more considerate about personal privacy.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Shuster diagnosed my cancer and proceeded to enlist a dream team of specialists to treat me. They led me through every step of treatment. This practice is truly gifted and so human. The office manager almost weekly emailed me with encouragement. Amazing group of women for women!!!!
