They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
