I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have really great customer service here. They were located in a safe neighborhood. I always have a positive experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Due to the nature of the practice with labor and delivery and connected to a hospital - sometimes the wait time is long, but the practice is sound and friendly. They are respectful of every patient.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
