The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
