Nancy and her team give exceptional care. I was referred to by a friend when I first moved here from California. I can count on them to refill and not have to go see them for every little complaint. Very professional and friendly staff as well.

I just went through a D&C at the hospital, and was found to have fibroids and a polyp in the uterus. My doctor, Dr McIntosh, wanted me to take a shot to induce temporary menopause to help stop my heavy bleeding until we can decide how to best treat the situation. The hospital pharmacy didn't have the shot, so I was scheduled for two days later at the regular office. I was only supposed to get the shot by a nurse, as McIntosh wasn't there. But for some reason, I was seen by Dr Fan, who rushed into the room, never properly introducing herself, making me feel like I shouldn't be there and was wasting her time, even though I wasn't supposed to see her at all in the first place. She came off as cold, just going through the motions and as quickly as possible to get me out of her hair. My husband was with me and also noted how detached and impersonal she seemed. I'd rather stick with McIntosh, who comes off as an actual warm and compassionate human being.
