First time I have to see this obgyn, I have to sit inthe waiting are for 2 hours! no kidding, then over an hour at the waiting room, about fall asleep in the waiting table.Not coming back! I know going to the doctor is alwasy a long wait, but not 3 hrs! thats horrible...

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
