I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. One thing I noticed about their office was how clean and fresh is smelled. The personnel were always very considerate and professional. I worked as a nurse in the area and was referred to Dr. Jacobs by many of them. I didn't have an OB/GYN at the time because he had moved out of town and I felt that Dr. Jacobs was very empathetic regarding any of my concerns. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It has been many years since seeing him, but I wish to return even though it will be an inconvenience to go to a physician farther away from where I live, but I want to return to the kind of care I received from their office years ago. Everyone is always so rushed and don't take time to listen and answer questions and make you wait and are rushed and anxious to get out of the door. No one wants that especially with such delicate situations! .
