They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. In addition, I've had zero cooperation from this doctor's office when it came to an urgent request for medical information from another doctor I have now (I moved 2/3 across the country) to help determine what is the cause of current medical issues. I am now forced to have a legal representative demand that the information be provided after months of waiting, something my current doctor says is unacceptable medical practice.
