Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

I have recently moved to MI, and after meeting Dr. Allen and his staff I am confident I have found a physician who actually listens to his patients and will find time in his busy schedule to see me when I need an appointment. I need to drive a good half hour to get to Dr. Allen's practice but feel it is well worth it.
