Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
