Wonderful doctor, Great Staff! Always address's all my issues. Timely appointments. She is always happy to see you instead of sending you to a Physician Assistant. Cant say enough good things!

Dr. Hensley always seems to busy to care about what is wrong with you. She does not listen. I had to go to the doctor while on vacation to get treated for something that she did not seem to listen or care about. The doctor while on vacation suggested I find another practice. The people that answer the phone and work in the office are extemely rude, God forbid you ask them a question. No one in the office is helpful. Also the nurses complain right in front of you about how horrible thier day is, or how busy they are. I can understand that once in awhile but everytime I have been there they complain. The whole place is just terrible! I do have to say Nancy the nurse practioner there is awesome, however I don't think she is there anymore, smart move Nancy!
