If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.
