It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
