I can't believe this guy still has a job.
He was our family doctor. He clearly favors men over women because he could wait to keep my husband doped up on a handful of pills a day and a friend of mines husband. I had just had a baby, came in for a migraine and a stiff neck. I didn't take pain medication, I didn't ask for pain medication, if that had been the case I would have just taken some from the truck load he pumped into my husband right? They have me a shot in my toosh, had me wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes there was no relief and with the pain and hormones from just having a baby...I started to cry. Side note: he had recently diagnosed me with PTSD from an abusive childhood. When he saw that I had tears in my eyes and asked "What's wrong with you?" I stared to explain my panic about going home in the same condition I came in. My husband took off of work to drive me because I could not raise my arms to the steering wheel OR lift my baby to nurse her. He started SCREAMING "SHUT UP!!! SHUT UP!!!JUST SHUT UP!!!" Due to my fight or flight I ran out of the exam room. The nurse ran over and said she heard him yelling. I opened the exit door to wave my husband in, in complete hysteria, he asked us back into his office, shook my husbands hand to apologize and tried handing him a scrip for vicoden and 3 $20 gift cert to bimart. Like I was some junky! After receiving an apology letter to not only me but to my parent in laws (we had refurred them to him as well) a month later I received a letter from Corvallis Family Medicine dismissing ME from their practice! To this day when I have to go into ER for a migraine, which I have suffered with since I was a child, they refuse anything stronger then a Benadryl and tell me I'm "seeking pills". This has hurt me for 6 years.
I have not had a doctor since because I'm scared they think I want to get high. I'm a Mother, a hard worker, and have always had a great reputation. I wish there was more I could do then write this review. It's wrong and I hope he feels shame some day. Some Mormon he is :/
