Dr.Lonnie Smucker, MD and his staff do a great job at keeping to schedule and have great communication and follow up practices, There is always a selection of papers & magazines in the waiting room. though any wait time is brief. They seem to be up to date with modern treatment methods and procedures, their labs are handled on site, and they take care of referrals to specialists effortlessly when needed.. I love that they are always able to fit me in when a need arises and are more than happy to answer my questions and check to make sure that everything has been addressed. Their full attention is always on me when its my turn and they listen.. The staff is warm and welcoming, which I appreciate.
