For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal. Misdiagnosed and very sorry I ever stepped foot in that office.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Dr Hasenauer is the best GP I've ever visited! His diagnosis over an approx 15 yr period has been 100% correct! His bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced! I cannot recommend him enough!
