My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
