They pay close attention to me and all of my questions are answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have been a patient of Dr. Stakely for 7 years. I would not even think about leaving from under his care. Excellent Doctor.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
