After making me wait for 1.5 hours they ran over $2,000 of blood tests that they did not get authorization for from me or my insurance and refused to give me the results. They also failed to do the one thing I was there for...give me a referral to a specialist which they said that they did so my insurance will not cover that appointment either. This office cost me over $2,600.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
