Dr. Will take your $30 co/pay and then come collecting for the exorbitant overage fees that he charges that insurance will not cover.

Very friendly guy, ridiculous costs!

Note: When you walk into your doctors office for a physical, they look at your insurance, take your co/pay cash... It would be polite, respectful, considerate, courteous to let you know that his rates will be double what your insurance company will cover, and that you will have to pay the difference.
