My husband and I were looking for a general practitioner who could help us with our daily health issues like general care, high blood pressure, etc. We were able to get an appointment without a long waiting time even though we were new patients. When I arrived, the waiting room is huge and you're not sitting on top of other sick patients, which is very important when you have a depressed immune system. I did not have to wait long before I was called back, neither was I stuck in another small room to wait for the doctor. Dr. Boyd and his staff took immediate care of me. All tests were completed in his office. I did not have to go elsewhere to get a blood draw. Dr. Boyd actually called me on a Saturday with the results. I am so glad we have someone who will see us when we are sick. There is nothing worse than having to wait to get the medical attention I want when I'm not feeling good.

I've been visiting Dr. Boyd for 8 years. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. The nursing staff are highly competent, and informative.
