My wife and I always found Dr Cruz to be competent and caring. Her office staff left much to be needed, however that is not unusual for physicians non-professional staffs.

Will NOT see this doctor again! Went in for a physical and requested to visit with Dr. Cruz. She seemed rushed and irritated that I asked to meet with her and needed to ask some very personal and important (to me at least) questions. Long story short- she lied, was very condescending and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I have to return for lab results, and I will either request to see a different doctor or I will choose a different practice all together. Good luck. Hope your experience is better than mine.
