My Smartlipo Liposuction was done by Dr Carreon and results were great. I had upper, lower abdomen and love handles. She went above and beyond my expectations, courteous, friendly, professional and excellent bedside manner. Everything was explained and under promised but over delivered. Price was very reasonable. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional. My experience is nothing but excellent from the start to finish. Dr Carreon did everything, from numbing to fat liposuctuoning and the Smartlipo. Thank you very much Dr Carreon and staff.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. Was Not satisfied at all - I went in to get my upper-lower abdomen and flanks - what I came out with was an improvement on lower abs but none on the upper - now I am uneven. When I look sideways in the mirror - I am definitely disporportioned now. While in the procedure I remember coming to and it felt like someone was stabbing me and I remember hearing her say we have to hurry I have another patient waiting. I have went to several other doctors who also do this procedure and they tell me that they can see the difference as well from the upper and lower abs. The lower is small and the upper is still big. I have contacted Ms. Carreon's office and sent them pictures evidencing what I am talking about since I live out of town. They want me to go and spend more money on hotel but with no guarantee of anything being done. I think I have spent enough money that they could compensate something. Even now they are offering specials where it would not have cost so much - so if they wanted to make it right they could. Very unsatisfied.
