The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. But they overcharged me for the thing that my bcbstx insurance got cover. His staff members are not communicating well to refund for it.
