Albert Bowman is a great doctor. Very understanding, humble and comforting. When I first came in I was very worried and anxious from a recent experiece with my previous doctor. After arriving and filling out a page or so of paperwork, I was shortly sitting down face to face with Dr. Bowman. He was very compassionate, kind and reassuring and my stress was almost instantly alleviated. He listened to what I had to say and was very understanding. He is obviously not only a great person but a very experienced and helpful doctor as he recognized my problems with ease and came up with a simple and personalized solution. I remember one thing he said that stuck with me "medicine is an art" meaning each person reacts differently to drugs. I was given a prescription and a month later we modified it as necessary and now everything's going great! I never have problems with scheduling - they seem to always be able to squeeze me in. The office is very homely feeling with warm lighting, pleasant colors and artwork, and nice comfortable seating. The women behind the desk are happy and obviously treated with respect. They are very sweet and charming individuals who cheerfully show their positive personalities. The whole experience feels calming, charming, happy, helpful, and all sitting atop tried-and-true experience. Truly a hidden gem. I would have never guessed I'd find my dream physician right next door to baskin robbins and kroger! I just felt it necessary to share my experience - this office has definetely earned my high review and I feel not writing this review would almost be unfair considering all the positivity I've experienced through them. I have no doubt that they are the best in town.

Needed a doctor in the area so thought I would try out this office. Never again. I was there for about an hour and only saw the doctor for 5 minutes. He said maybe 10 words and told me he could refer me on. I walked up to the front desk and got slammed with $150 charge. I understand how the industry works but felt this office was unfriendly, uninformative and unhelpful. I will not be back.
