They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
