They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office was easy enough to find. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

They are not the friendliest office in the world. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that I have been sent a bill for a "no show" when I am positive I did not have an appointment made. I mailed a letter to them saying that if an appointment should be made six months dow the road, the office should e-mail you a reminder, mail a note or phone. They ignored my letter. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Dr. Brunning has recommended tests that I feel are TOTALLY UNNECESSARY - I am reasonably healthy and when I asked why, it was like he was seeking for a problem - I don't have money for tests and he fully could not comprehend this fact. By trying to eliminate this frustration I had an appointment schedled with a new doctor. He, unfortunately, had an emergency and I had to call Dr. Brunning's office. I requested TWO, note TWO pills (a non-narcotic) and was refused. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OR THIS OFFICE.
