I really liked Dr. Schaffermeyer and his nurse was fine also..
Unfortunately, the staff/ reception area is terrible. Not returning calls, and they act like they are bothered by your presence at the office. I really don't appreciate how they treat thier doctors' patients. I am changing doctors only because having to deal with the reception is crazy and I don't deserve any of it. I let it go on too long and my last visit, I watched a patient in front of me confirm that its not just me..its just how they run the office..

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
