Dr. Murphy listens very attentively and asks great questions. He invites a dialogue and incorporated my observations into his treatment plan for me. I trust him because I know he is not going to brush me off when I have a concern.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
