Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
