Appointment was less than 5 minutes long. Doctor blew me off and claimed there was nothing wrong with me. Saw another doctor the following day who immediately put me on antibiotics and was astonished I was not given them by the previous doctor.

Called Kalenowski's office back a few days later to explain how I had to see a 2nd doctor to get proper treatment and felt I should not be charged for my 4 minute pointless visit. Was told by the HR lady that Dr. Kalenowski disagrees and I should pay for the pointless visit even though no medical care or advice was given. Am fighting it with my insurance company now.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
