This office is very small, haven't had issues with the doctors, the front staff is another issue. Specifically a woman named Crystal who seems to always be in a terrible mood, leading her to be rude, slam objects on table when frustrated and God forbid you call the office as she will continuously cut you off and place you on hold multiple times. I called for the 4th time as I was waiting on test results for 5 days (when they said it would take an hour) and they already had my results just felt it was too much to give me the courtesy call. So I asked to schedule a consultation with a doctor for the SECOND time, and her comment was "I'll put it in, but I don't guarantee they'll call". What sort of unprofessionalism and disrespect is that.
