My mother was admitted to the emergency room for a reaction to a blood pressure medicine. We were advised to see her primary the next day. I called at 8:30 am and was able to seek an appointment for her that morning. In her 80s and stubborn as hell she told the doctor it as probably a bug bite. This has happened three times before and who knows how many other times, with the response some bug bit me. My mothers home is probably cleaner then the White House. So bugs? Lol

The doctor listened to all my concerns I had made a list and always spoke directly to my mother who continued to say I am ok. Doc performed all the medical stuff advising her along the way of what she wanted her to do. So along came my sister so she started over. And much to her amazement along came another sister and again she started over. She was very much in tune with us and her attention to detail was very explicit and readily understandable. I had never met doc before but upon leaving her office I was totally satisfied along with my two other siblings that my mothers health and emotional well being where in good hands. I want to personally thank her for coming to her office on her day off

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
