I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
