I had a scheduled appt waited an hour to be seen. The office is very out dated exam table was taped to repair toren leather,the office was very stinky. I came out to find they were painting with pt's in the office.old papers are taped on the walls (very unprofessional, im sure picture frames wouldn't put them out of business). After waiting the LNP comes in with Ugg boots on sat there like a deer in highlights. I expessed the Dr has not been monitoring my condition properly and all I need is a refill until I see a specialist. She wasnt in the room for 4mins, not one staff member apologized or showed any concern bc I had already paid when I walked in the office. They didnt give me the actual rx it had to be called in,I waited an hour called the pharmacy I told them I used only to find they called it in to other pharmacy across town.I will not be returning,if you are looking for proper and professional care..keep looking.
