This physiican used to be my children's PCP. I stopped going there after very poor service for several months. They would have my husband and I hang, yes HANG my children upside down and used a tape measurer to measure them. The physician and the medical assistant would both get vastly diffrent numbers, to the point where my daughter, who had ALWAYS been very pettite (she was 5lbs 12 oz when born and full term) was no longer on the growth scale when she had always been in the low 3-5 % for height and weight. The worse day of my life was when this physician came into the office and proceeded to tell my husband and I straight out that she had hyperthyroidism and that she needed to see a specialist right away as she was not growing right them proceeded to set my daughter up with numerous blood draws and testing that we had to pay out of pocket for as they were not coevered by insurance, needles to say the trama we went though with thinking our child had a serious health condition and putting a 2 year old through all this testing. Wehn all the test came back normal, he still insisted that she had hyperthyroidism and sent her to a specialist.
The specialist weighed her and measured her (mind you this was only 2 weeks after the blood work) onyl to find out that her weight was a total of 10 LBS , yes 10 LBS off and her heigh was a total foot off! With the correct weight and height, my 2 year old was back on track and was on the growth chart at her normal rate of 3-5 %, still small but normal for her. This specialist appologized for all the testing my daughter went through and sent us on our way. The next day I called this PCP to inform him how wrong he was, they had nothing to say, no appologies for everthing they put my daughter and my husband and I through, no offer to pay anything, no reasoning! Needless to say I did not go back and switched my children to the most wonderful physician they have ever had and I will NEVER go back to this office!

He made sure all my questions were answered. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was very moved by the way they did not seem at all judgmental but were very kind and understanding . I am definitely a lot more hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return. They are also very much willing to help with whatever paperwork you need filled out.
