Phone staff is rude and does not make attempt to be helpful with scheduling. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a sick appointment., Every time I call they are full, but they won't book a sick appointment for the next day; instead, they want you to call back at 8am on a first come first served basis, which is hard to plan around when you work. I liked the doctor, but if I can't see her it doesn't matter how friendly she is.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
