The receptionist that answers the phones when you call was very rude and did not call back like she was supposed to. Also, when you come in, there is a younger girl that "checks" you in and she was also very rude and spoke very loudly when talking about your personal information. She was definitely not a smiling face when you come in the door. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

However, I liked Dr. Pathrose, she was very understanding and nice to talk to. She was also very down to earth and answered all of my questions.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
