I have been a long time patient and he generally answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all, but he is very difficult to get in to see. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back, but I can never get in in an emergency. I'm going to look for something with greater availability.
