I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Doctor Tupa is a very nice man. However, his staff is rude and does not try to meet the needs of their patients. I have been diabetic for 30+ years and I've never had trouble getting a prescription for my insulin. Recently my husband was out of work and we had no health insurance so I could barely afford my insulin let alone blood work. The office trivialized my financial burden and said that they would not call in my prescriptions until I got it done. Once I had health insurance I called again and scheduled the appt. for blood work and asked about my prescriptions. They wouldn't do it until I came in and I had to wait a week and a half for an appt. When I went for the blood work I gave them a list of things I needed prescribed: 2 types of insulin syringes, glucose monitor strips. The insulin was an urgent need and now 5 days later they still haven't called it in. They said they need at least 48 working hours to get this done. I am infuriated! Now I've got one dose of insulin left, no glucose strips and I'm re-using my syringes. If you need a doctor to help you when you have a cold or when you need vaccinations, Dr Tupa is a great man. If you need your medication to survive don't count on him or his staff to care.
