I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I have been a Patient of Dr. Herzog since 1999 and would not change her for anyone. Dr. Herzog is personable, provide personal attention to any concerns you may have and her staff are a delight.
