The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
