it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone at this office on the telephone. When you leave a message it takes 2-3 days and sometimes never a message is returned. You almost NEVER see a doctor but only an assistant. this is the worst family practice I have experienced ever, and my entire family is switching to another doctor.!

This practice came very highly recommended, but after my first couple of interactions I am a bit disappointed. There was confusion about my initial appointment date,I felt rushed through my follow up appointment, and I am still waiting on a return phone call from a request last week for lab results. Additionally, my follow up appointment left me without much of an understanding of a plan for better health. It seems also, that after the first appt. the staff is directed to schedule visits with the PA. I would be happy to see the PA after I have established a health care plan, but not before.
