This doctor had a very bad, almost contemptuous attitude. I had never seen this doctor or been to this clinic before, but I was afraid that the doctor and staff wouldn't help me because they didn't like me. Not only did the doctor not welcome my questions, she just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like the doctor and staff didn't really care about helping me. After a brief exam, the doctor called in antibiotic prescriptions for me and I started them as prescribed. My condition worsened overnight and I became concerned, so I returned the next day. This time, the doctor simply refused to see me or even speak to me. I was stunned. The staff were very rude. I was embarassed in front of the other patients in the waiting area. I left and went to a competing urgent care clinic and received excellent care there instead!
