This office has been our family doctor for many years and my recent visit and the treatment received will ensure I do not return. The office staff behaved unprofessionally as well as inappropriately in a business setting. Instead of trying to help the customer/patient (me) out - all time was spent chastising and others office staff even went so far as to falsify their statements about what truly was discussed and what transpired to the office manager to only further insult my intelligence. While Dr. Matthews and Nurse practitioner Ms. Grimaldi are good physicians, I am sorry that there will not be a chance of a repeat performance on my behalf as I feel I am due a little better customer service as well as some respect and common courtesy as a patient/customer than I was given or treated with.
